Expressive arts therapy is a process of self discovery.

It is used for both adults and children. It combines psychology and the creative process and integrates all of the arts in a safe, non-judgmental setting to facilitate personal growth, healing, self discovery and empowerment!

It goes beyond words, allowing you to access and explore unconscious memories and experiences that may be difficult to express using the spoken word.

Creative Arts is a form of communication predating language itself, making it a powerful tool for self-discovery and healing. 

Through artistic expression, you can tap into your inner creativity, accessing a nonverbal and symbolic language that speaks directly to your emotions and experiences.

Expressive arts therapy is the purposeful application of art, music, dance/movement, dramatic enactment, creative writing, and imaginative play. It is a non-verbal way of self-expression of feelings and perceptions. More importantly, they are action-oriented and tap implicit, embodied experiences of trauma that can defy expression through verbal therapy or logic.

During this one hour experience, Together we will use the arts expressively going into your inner realms to discover feelings and to express them through visual art, imagery, movement, sound, writing or drama. 

This is a very powerful experience where you can find solace, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and cultivate resilience on your path to well-being.
